Why produce with us

Why European brands choose Tututis Textil

Nearshore textile manufacturing that combines EU proximity with full in-house production.

01

Made in the EU

Production in Lithuania means no customs clearance within the EU, the same business rules and road delivery across Europe in days rather than weeks at sea.

02

Everything under one roof

Pattern making, automated cutting, sewing, embroidery, inspection and packing happen in our own facility, so quality and timing stay in one team’s hands.

03

Flexible volumes

We take on pilot batches and small runs as well as large annual programmes, and plan capacity around your delivery schedule.

04

Experience since 1999

More than 25 years of sewing stroller textiles, furniture covers and outdoor products for brands across Europe.

05

Private label and confidentiality

We manufacture under your brand, with your labels and packaging. Your designs and customer data stay confidential.

06

Textile and metal in one group

As part of Tututis Group we can combine textiles with metal frames, product development and testing for complete products.

FAQ

Contract sewing: frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no fixed minimum. We produce small runs and pilot batches as well as large annual programmes. The practical minimum depends on the product and materials, so send us your specifications and expected volumes.

Can you produce under our brand (private label)?

Yes. We manufacture to your design and specifications and apply your labels, hangtags and packaging. We can sign an NDA before you share designs.

Do you work with our own fabrics?

Yes. You can supply fabrics and trims and we handle cutting, sewing and finishing, or we can source all materials for you as a full-package supplier.

Can you help develop a new product?

Yes. Our construction and design team makes patterns, prototypes and samples and adapts the product for efficient series production.

Where are you located and where do you deliver?

Our factory is in Kaunas, Lithuania, in the European Union. We deliver to clients across Europe, mostly by road, with no customs clearance inside the EU.

Why choose a European contract manufacturer instead of Asia?

Shorter transport times, smaller and more flexible orders, easier communication in the same time zone and fewer supply chain risks. Lower stock levels and faster reorders often offset a higher unit price.

Looking for a contract sewing partner in Europe?

Send us your tech pack, drawings or a sample with expected volumes. We will reply with a proposal, a quote and lead times.
