Cutting

Digital patterns and automated fabric cutting

Precise cutting is where quality starts. We design patterns digitally, optimise every marker and cut on an OROX automatic cutting machine.

Software-driven cutting means less fabric waste, fewer human errors and identical parts from the first order to the next repeat.

The same line handles small custom runs and large-scale production.

Process

Three steps from pattern to cut parts

  1. 01

    Pattern design

Patterns for every product component are drawn in Audaces Pattern, so we can review and adjust them before any fabric is cut.

  2. 02

    Marker making

Audaces Marker arranges the pieces on the fabric to minimise offcuts. We compare layouts and choose the most efficient one.

  3. 03

    Automated cutting

The OROX automatic cutting machine cuts the marker quickly and accurately, with no manual tracing.
